Gypsy Jodo - Naina’s Place

If you are travelling with your gang and want to have some chitchat and sit across a bonfire at the end of the day , have a cup of beer and dance along with the music, then this place is for you my friend. A big shout out to the host Naina, who is really really nice and will make sure you are having the best time. There are two things to consider as well, there is only one washroom so you have to realise that getting a slot for that at morning can be challenging ( xactly hostel experience), Second since the place is far away from the main area, it gets tough to get a cab or anything from that place but everything can be arranged through the host. Also the host is an excellent artist with the room filled with some awesome paintings, something I thought is worth mentioning

The owner, Naina, is exceptionally friendly, ensuring every guest feels welcomed. A standout dish is their Buddha Bowl, brimming with fresh vegetables, hummus, chickpeas, and olives—a true delight for health enthusiasts. Whether you’re seeking a hearty meal or a refreshing smoothie, Gypsy Jodo is a must-visit spot in Udaipur.

The food was not too good (we ordered wrap, salad, pizza) but the atmosphere makes up for it. The vibe is super chill and Naina certainly takes care of each guest. They have few friendly cats so our kid was entertained while could read the few books they kept for guests. I will anyday go there again due the vibe, irrespective of the food.

Great place to hangout in Udaipur. It is quite near Pichola Lake and Dudh Talai. Small and sweet place with great hospitality and View. It also have small tents and camps with bonfire arrangments. You can spend a fun night here with your friends. Perfect place for parties and get together. And on top is the Rajasthani touch in ambience
